KOS Architects is a full service firm with broad international experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

Lukasz Kos established his practice in Warsaw, Poland in 2018, after resigning as creative director of Four O Nine studio in Shanghai. Kos has had his projects recognized internationally from North America, across Europe and in Asia. His restaurants have been recognized by both the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in London and the AD Trophy Awards in Hong Kong. His early projects have been featured by Giorgio Armani, Mercedes Benz and Taschen Publishers.

In addition to the firms design capability, Lukasz Kos has extensive experience in the technical development of building systems and construction documents. While at Frank Gehry’s office in Los Angeles, Kos mastered sophisticated 3D computer software such as Rhinoceros, Digital Project and CATIA (originally intended for use by the aerospace industry).

Current projects include a concept design for a boutique hotel in NoHo, New York City, and a series of contemporary villas for London based developer Imaestri Signature homes. Imeastri Signature features projects designed by MVRDV, Sou Fujimoto, and Steven Holl among many other notable names.

Every project undertaken by KOS Architects is designed personally and directly by Lukasz Kos.
