Biography

Born in Osaka, Japan in 1961

Graduated Tokyo Zokei University in 1987

After working for Kawasaki Takao Office, established SEI co., ltd in 1991 (The company name changed to ITO MASARU DESIGN PROJECT/SEI in 2005)
