RIM CZ was founded in 1991 with the objective of creating chairs that people would love. Ergonomic, functional, long-lasting, and high-quality design. The first model was born in the same year and caused great excitement. The company soon began producing a thousand chairs a month and expanded into Western markets. Nowadays, chairs from Czech Republic make office days more pleasant to people all over the world. The company’s portfolio is constantly growing. In addition to office chairs, it also offers armchairs, sofas, tables and barstools. Consequently, RIM can now help you furnish all areas of your workplace, including receptions and relaxation zones, but can be also used in public spaces, hotel lobbies and cafés. Even though a lot has changed over three decades, the fundamentals have remained – RIM chairs are still being developed and made in the Zlín Region in cooperation with international designers. The use of quality materials, perfect workmanship, unique design, as well as ergonomic and sustainability criteria – these principles were crucial for RIM from the beginning.
