Furniture by more, Hamburg.

Whether beautiful, high-quality, or practical—furniture only becomes truly valuable when it naturally becomes a part of our everyday lives. That is the standard we uphold at more. Since 1993, the team led by Bernhard Müller has been designing exceptional chairs, tables, beds, and storage furniture. “Our understanding of spatial architecture has always guided our creative process,” says Müller, architect and founder of more. “Our furniture is designed to create space for individual expression, not to dominate it.” Each more piece is conceived and crafted to accompany its owners for many years—often decades—driven by clear ideas, thoughtful functionality, and the timeless aesthetics of modern classics. “We firmly believe that meaningful design should never compromise on material quality,” Müller adds. As such, more uses only high-quality, natural, and wherever possible, sustainably produced materials—even for hidden elements like upholstery and internal supports. We source slow-growing solid woods exclusively from sustainable forests in Germany, France, and the United States. Between production stages, the wood is given rest periods in controlled humidity to ensure exceptionally durable surfaces. Fabrics come from Sweden, Italy, and England, including New Zealand virgin wool blended with ramie, providing a uniquely soft and natural texture. Our leathers are produced in Germany, England, and Austria, then tanned in Italy and dyed using water-soluble pigments to retain their natural character. Some leathers are even 100% ecologically tanned using olive leaves. more furniture has always been crafted exclusively in Germany—in three artisanal workshops located in the north and the Lower Rhine region. We also work closely with planners and interior designers to develop tailor-made, functional, and aesthetically compelling solutions.
