Karlatornet

Karlatornet, currently in the process of being built in the Karlastaden neighborhood within Gothenburg's Lindholmen district, is set to reach its full height in 2024. When completed, soaring to a height of 246 meters, it will proudly stand as the tallest structure in both Sweden and the entire Nordic region.

Serneke Housing, in collaboration with Intro Design Studio, has thoughtfully designed a showcase apartment in the tower. This space provides prospective residents with a preview of the extraordinary lifestyle that awaits them at the very heart of Gothenburg.
