99 Hudson Street

Fogarty Finger coordinated the renovation of this existing office building in Tribeca to prepare the space for new tenants. The existing flat-slab ceilings are exposed, maximizing the building’s floor to ceiling heights. The scope of work also included a new, communal roof-deck terrace overlooking the neighborhood.
