Solstice on the Park

Solstice on the Park is a 26-storey, 250-apartment residential tower block with angles that perfectly catch the sunlight. The sunlight and the production of solar energy are maximised in the winter and reduced in the summer. This means that on hot days the air-conditioning system can be turned down. The building affords stunning views of Chicago’s skyline.
