According to the principle "everything different" the Dorfvilla in Maishofen wants to address individualists and provide an ideal starting point for holidays in Salzburg. Sustainability and uniqueness were the main targets of this construction project.

In search of a sustainable material for the facade, the choice fell on Öko skin slat walls.

Fire resistance A1 "not flammable" makes Öko skin a particularly durable material that requires no additional chemical treatments and coatings for fire protection. This concrete product is based on purely organic based materials and is therefore completely recyclable.

The silvergrey concrete facade sets visual highlights and gives the object a modern, timeless character.
