Located in West Chelsea, one of Manhattan’s liveliest neighborhoods, this luxury detached building possesses a minimalist design style. Meticulously studied down to the last detail, from the garage to the spectacular rooftop, it uses the finest Italian materials and finishes and incorporates custom furniture. Earth colors, with their rich and fine tones, connect the spaces together to create uniformity, guiding movement between one room and another, and between the different levels.
