Design and technology

Armchair, with an elegant minimalist design associated with innovative technological solutions. When closed it has a compact shape, with all its components contained within the volume. Seat and arms open in a synchronised movement (patented) with cushioned closure.

Ergonomics and comfort

Backrest equipped with springing and lumbar support device that adjusts through a synchronized movement at the opening of the seat. Different density padding, to ensure a feeling of great well-being.

Structure

Provided with high technical qualities, the solid internal load-bearing frame, made of painted metal, is fixed directly to the flooring, eliminating any visible support.

Installation on horizontal and sloped flooring or on steps, in straight or curved rows (according to project).

Prizes and awards

Winner of the Good Design Award 2009 and the Best of NeoCon 2009, Genya has been awarded the Honorable Mention during the XXII edition of the Compasso d’Oro ADI, one of the most prestigious international prizes in industrial design.

Hidden system

It can be installed with the innovative Floor Technology foldaway system that, in a very short time, hides the seat in a horizontal position under the flooring.

Tip-up backrest table with anti-panic movement and soft closing system (patent pending).
