La Tavola is an Italian company that designs, manufactures and markets high-end tabletop items.

Not only do we have a long history producing our core products of luxury flatware, holloware and silverware, but recently we have branched out into the world of buffet foodservice and private hospitality. Our Wonderbuffet line and Action Stations (mobile modular platforms which can be used with interchangeable warming, cooking and cooling functions) are coveted by hoteliers and restaurateurs around the globe. From 5-star hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants to Arabian sheikhs, they trust our know-how in food culture, foodservice technology and design to help them bring their professional projects to life.

THE FOUNDERS

Established in 1991 in Vercelli, northwestern Italy, La Tavola is the brainchild of brothers Sergio and Giulio Sambonet, previously key players in historic Italian companies such as Sambonet, Sant’Andrea and Table Top Engineering & Design. Today, Sergio continues at the helm of La Tavola with his son Matteo who represents the 7th generation of the Sambonet family

SHOWROOM

In the heart of the historical Piemontese city of Vercelli, our showroom is still located in the original Sambonet family silversmithing factory. The space has simply been renovated and updated to form a modern, design-lovers paradise where are products are on display and can be seen in use: 500m² of exposition space allows us to welcome guests and clients with world class buffet and showcooking session
