When he founded the company in 1965, Hans Weibel laid the cornerstone for Intertime’s success story. He began making upholstered furniture – at first in Zurich, then in Endingen in the canton of Aargau – that combined a sense of well-being, individuality and aesthetics. Lukas and Johannes Weibel are the second generation to manage the family-owned Swiss company. They employ around 60 people at the production site in Endingen. This changeover to the next generation marked an intensified shift in the design focus – but the company remains true to its mission of providing „noticeably superior seating comfort“.
