Deltacalor’s mission: Produce and merchandise technologically innovative and designer’s radiators and towel rails in order to satisfy the customer’s needs in a new way, ensuring maximum quality and respect for the environment. The synergies existing between other companies of the Group, all mainly engaged in the research and development of exclusive high-tech products, further enhance Deltacalor’s strongly innovative character. The style of the products mixes with the performance expressed at maximum levels and supported by new heat exchange technologies respectful of the environment and in line with the latest energy saving standards.Experience and competence have fostered a customer-oriented know-how, able to meet market requirements thus maintaining an excellent standard of quality and high degree of flexibility.

History

Deltacalor was established in 1993 as a company manufacturing steel towel rails. In 2001, after the acquisition by an industrial group, the company renewed its assortment with exclusive product lines. Production takes place in a modern site, with floor space of 10,000 sq.m., based in Calolziocorte (Lecco), and inaugurated in 2005. It boasts of modern technologies, from welding to painting up to a quality control system structured in accordance with the highest of market standards.

The production capacity is one of Deltacalor's strong points: a capacity able to turn out a high number of parts with highly automated systems to meet the various degrees of customizing demanded by the market. The manufacturing process entails the following phases:

Preparation of the material

Assembly

Welding

Phosphating-degreasing at 50°C

Epoxy powder coating and Curing at 180°-220°C.

Ambient air cooling.
