Lina Chair

Chairs from adele-c, Designed by Patrizia Bertolini

Product description

natural hickory

Concept

Patrizia Bertolini designed for Adele-C the Lina chair, a vivid looking lightweight seating solution where the material adopted to build it is displayed in all its substance. Entirely made of wood, it has a very simple structure. It could be described as made of 4 pipes, the legs, that rising up shape the back and armrests. With its modest weight it is ideal for use around a table. Lithe and pliant, it is pleasantly functional with its declining back design.
In addition to winning prestigious awards and working with several art and design galleries, the designer worked with Christof Burtscher (Burtscher&Bertolini), focusing study and research efforts on wood technology. Regarding this seating solution she says: “Lina is a wooden chair with "branches" stemming from the legs that support the arms and back, which supports the heart and head”.
