At Valles pass, at 2.031 mt. asl reachable from Paneveggio, the Dolomitic Pale di San Martino and the porphyry stones of Cima Bocche and Cima Juribrutto meet in a range of grey and dark dove-grey colours, with rosy points and orange shades inflamed by the rays of sunshine that come to life in this lively old-looking larch wood.
