Designed by Marco Fumagalli, Extreme library is shaped through the combination of multiple modular basis.
Therefore, the project started from the study of the primary element consists of two perforated surfaces and related tubular elements which constitute the internal containment system. The outer surfaces are available in different finishes, while the inner tube, is made of polypropylene foam material with excellent performance characteristics of lightweight, compact surface, and first of all, recyclable.
This material becomes the heart of the module, its internal body lives in symbiosis with perforated elements that make up the skin. Finally, a central screw that allows the assembly of the sandwich to form the basis of combining the two exterior walls, and compressing the inner tubes resulting in, simply unique and well connected element.
The base module can be freely interpreted and approached both vertically and horizontally, without any special obligation of orientation, and its basic measurement enables multiple dimensions in every direction, both free standing and wall arrangements.
