The clear lines, the unmistakable cross handles and the semicircular spout are characteristic for Tara, which celebrates its 30th birthday this year. Dornbracht’s classic is now available in three new finishes – in Dark Chrome as well as in Champagne (22kt) in glossy and brushed versions. Another special feature is the relaunch of the lever variants, which goes hand in hand with the introduction of two new handle versions: lacquered handles in Black matt and textured handles in all surfaces available for Tara impress with their tactile properties. Additional novelties, such as the free-standing single-hole basin mixer, once again underline the impressive versatility of the Tara design.

However, one thing never changes: the archetypal shape of Tara, which is modern, style-defining and inspiring at all times. To honor this, Dornbracht has developed a new bathroom design – a contemporary architecture that bears the signature of the classic. It translates the reduced design of the fitting into an architectural gesture.

Basic geometric shapes, efficient use of space and reduction to the essentials are the focus here. Together with the light lime plaster, which finds use on a large scale, an unobtrusive atmosphere of clarity is created, which is particularly emphasized by the new Dark Chrome surface. In this way, the new bathroom – like Tara itself – is fully in line with Dornbracht’s claim to develop “Leading Designs for Architecture”.

As a timeless style icon with maximum design versatility for a wide variety of bathrooms, Tara proves: It is a classic as a benchmark for the future.
