SYSTEM DESIGN

The SEALED 22.5° is an extruded aluminium double profile (50x90mm) partition system that accommodates both glazed and solid melamine panels, depending on the needs for light permeability and privacy. The distinctive feature of the SEALED 22.5°profile is its unique slanted design at a 22.5° angle where the partition frame meets the door frame, eliminating the need for additional components and creating a continuous design flow. Additionally, the hinges are concealed within the frame, thus obtaining the minimal aesthetic. The profile thickness reaches up to 4mm which ensures a sturdy construction, allowing installation heights of up to 3 meters.

ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Equipped with a combination of rubber seals at the top door frame and with triple foam covered with woven fabric acoustic seals where the door meets the frame, optimal sound insulation is ensured. The door includes an automatic drop seal that activates upon closing, further enhancing the system’s acoustic performance. Ideal for busy workplace environments, this system combines functionality with aesthetic appeal.

COLOURS AND FINISHES

The SEALED 22.5° is available in numerous anodized finishes and can also be customised with any RAL powder coated options to suit your design needs.

GLAZING

The SEALED 22.5° system offers a range of glazing options and combinations.

A. Standard clear double laminated glass available in thickness options of i) 5 + 0.38 + 5mm and ii) 6+ 0.38 + 6mm.

B. Double acoustic glass for additional sound insulation purposes available in thickness options i) 5 + 0.76 + 5mm and ii) 6 + 0.76 + 6mm.

C. Double tempered glass that provides enhanced strength and safety due to the tempering process.

D. Double ultra-clear glass that offers exceptional clarity and transparency, allowing maximum light transmission.

E. Double satin glass that provides a translucent and frosted appearance, creating privacy while allowing diffused light to pass through.

F. Double digital printing glass that allows customized designs and patterns to be printed directly onto the glass surface.

G. Double fabric laminated glass that incorporates fabric within the laminated glass for added visual interest.

H. Double LCD glass panel that offers on/off functionality, allowing the glass to switch between transparent and milky white, providing maximum privacy when needed.
