Plug Shelf M

PLUG SHELF M is a simple shelf with four shelf boards. Based on a clever plug-in system, the shelf boards and columns are connected by means of a diagonal wooden dowel. Due to the simple construction and the high precision of the craftsmanship, the shelf can be assembled and disassembled without need for tools, screws or glue. Optional book ends can be pushed between the columns at the sides. For the stable connection of several shelf units pairs of special connecting book ends are available. It is basic and reliable and can be used for storing toys, tableware as well as books. It is a shelf and a room divider at the same time.

MATERIAL

Solid ash and oak as well as thick veneer for the book rests. All wood comes from controlled sustainable forestry. Each piece of wood has its individual grain and colour – that is what makes the resulting piece of furniture unique. The surface is stained with water-based pigments and finished with a hard wax seal.
