Thor

The most powerful of the NAC Sound omni-directional range, Thor has a very high efficiency (96 dB) and can handle a massive 600W output.

Like all of the speakers in the omni-directional range, the tweeter and woofer face each other, with a central reflector fitted between them.

This is made of a solid piece of lathed aluminium, so as to dampen resonance even at the highest output levels.

Designed for professional applications, Thor is intended to be used in large indoor spaces- theatres, cinemas, and concert halls- as well as outdoors.

Not surprisingly, it works best with a professional, powerful amplifier. While the regular Thor requires an additional sub-woofer such as our Wodan for full bass coverage, the less powerful Thor Full Range covers the entire frequency spectrum. Thor is available both in the full range of ceramic finishes and in carbon fibre.
