Lloyd is a meeting of worlds; the attention that Leolux pays to comfort, brought to you in the Italian design of Gino Carollo. This is Lloyd. A design beacon. Tough yet inviting. With supple, almost nonchalant, upholstery and handcrafted details such as decorative piping that emphasises the powerful form. Lloyd offers many possibilities for customisation: choose the inside and outside, the colour of the base, and the decorative stitching you prefer. What characterises Lloyd is his natural look. The swivel base in solid wood or aluminium acquires a certain lightness as a result of the slanted sides. The recliner handle is covered in leather. Features
The base is available in oak or walnut with a choice of Leolux oil or stain colours.
The aluminium base is available in all Leolux epoxy and lacquer colours.
Also available with matching footstool.
The upholstery on the inside and the outside can be chosen separately.

Nato a Vicenza, inizia nel 1990 la sua attività nel settore dell'Industrial Design collaborando anche come art director con prestigiose aziende italiane ed estere nel settore del mobile. Progetta su incarico di Assarredo l'allestimento e l'immagine coordinata per il Padiglione Italia alla Fiera Internazionale del Mobile di Colonia negli anni 1992 e 1993 e sempre nel 1992 il Padiglione italiano alla fiera Interieur di Vienna. Nel 1993 partecipa alla mostra Dirattan a Milano e nel 1994 alla mostra "Progetti e Territori" alla fiera Abitare il tempo a Verona. Alcuni prodotti sono stati esposti al MoMA di New York. Negli stessi anni consegue i premi Du Pont a Colonia, Young design a Milano e Casaidea a Roma. Nel 2012 riceve l'Interior Innovation Award a Colonia per il prodotto "Bookless" di Interlübke. Nel 1999 apre lo Studio28 GinoCarollo con l'obiettivo di creare un team qualificato di supporto alle aziende del settore. Il design del prodotto collegato all'ingegnerizzazione e alla realizzazione di modelli e prototipi si sono rivelati strumenti che hanno permesso allo studio di acquisire negli anni concreti risultati e di instaurare collaborazioni a lungo termine. L'attività d'industrial design dello Studio28 si è ampliata in questi ultimi anni con l'inserimento di nuovi settori di competenza con particolare sviluppo nel campo della progettazione architettonica di spazi espositivi, showroom e corporate identity.
