Simply let your system disappear underground. The premium underfloor systems from KLAUS Multiparking no longer move upwards but move one, two or three levels downward. The upper platform when lowered is flush with the ground. Above ground, you gain a car-free area, which you can now design according to your own ideas – for an increased value for your real estate.

The type MultiBase U10, U20 and U3 is traversable and can be used in courtyards, front gardens and green areas. They combine highest comfort with optimum use of space.

The modern systems set new technological standards  and offer space for up to two cars.

This way, parking space for cars can be realized  where no space was available so far, even in inner courtyards or confined access areas.
