A challenge that we have struggled with for years is to make an indestructible table with wood feeling. When Joel Karlsson showed his idea with a durable tabletop that through a trumpet design meets the legs of solid wood, we were close to the solution. After many tests of various materials for the tabletop, the result became the table Buff (2012) – HI-MACS® top on solid wooden legs. HI-MACS is a highly durable, mineral-based material with a non-porous surface. Scratches can be removed by polishing the surface with a polishing detergent or by using a Scotch Brite pad to buff the damaged area with a regular circular motion. Buff comes with a top in a choice of Alpine White on legs of solid, finish oil, ash, birch or oak. Height 400, 500, 600 or 720 mm and several sizes. Buff is ideal wherever you want a genuine wood feel in settings where furniture has to cope with wear and tear. You can furnish with Buff in cafés, coffee rooms, kitchens, and as a coffee table at home or in the office, etc.
