With Vegi chef and recipe developer Pascal Haag und photographer Sylvan Müller, we have rediscovered vegetables on the Feuerring.

A cookbook für people who find joy in the natural beauty, the seasonal transformations on the dining table, the simple preparation, and the affectionate dedication to the overall masterpiece. A culinary guide for those who have a preference for vegetables, whether as a complete menu or as an accompaniment to a delicious fish or meat piece.
