Concetto
Inspired by his visit of the observation tower on Killesberg in Stuttgart, Christian Stoffel designed the furniture series NETWORK. The characteristic rod is placed in center of the design, but thanks to its delicacy recedes into the background. All of the structure’s surface is powder-coated in matt black, emphasizing the finely woven wire mesh. The bright diamond knotted net from stainless steel provides the design with stability and its unique waisted form.
Timeless tabletops form polished marble in different variations elegantly complement the side table.

Christian Stoffel

Christian Stoffel was born in Eggenfelden. From his youth he was interested in most varied materials and working with them and he developed a passion for aesthetics and high-quality design. His training as a cabinetmaker was only a natural consequence and served as a basis for opening his own design studio in 2012. In co-operation with his clients he found individual solutions for private and public environments and, in the course of time, created his own products. He taught himself how to work with materials such as glass, porcelain and metal and to find ways to turn them into products. In 2017 Christian Stoffel founded his company favius in Regensburg. Together with newcomers and established designers he will generate a unique brand standing for quality and timeless design.
