Palas is a trendy velvet which stands out by its subtle irregular character. This gives a dull and shiny effect. The purposefully chosen irregular stripyness is called the strié effect. 29 colours offer a great choice. In order to give a new and modern interpretation to a velvet fabric the colour selection is being dominated by fresh colours. Palas is usable both as a furnishing fabric as well as an upholstery fabric. It has 40.000 abrasive tours and is thus very durable and suitable for contract use.
