Concetto
The clarity of form is the result of experience, expertise and courage. Sqr Basic is a virtuoso interpretation of the square. With the logic of the geometric grid and the fascination of the interchanging tufts. Minimalist in design, the delicate play of materials is surprising in its formality. The elegant understatement of the floor lends the room its very individual character.

Profile Peter Maly Born 1936, studied interior design at the College of Art and Design Detmold (completion 1960), 1960-70 member of editorial board at magazine "Schöner Wohnen", since 1970 own design studio with staff of five. Design of international furniture collections, trade fair architecture, exhibitions, photo set designs, showrooms and store concepts: complete project handling from product design to public presentation. Characteristic of Maly's work is the love of geometric shapes and his striving for clarity, functionality and timelessness. Many of his own designs have become modern classics. Maly has received numerous international awards. In 1995 form-Verlag published his book Designer Monography"
