The writing desk is a classic piece of furniture that should marry beauty with functionality.‎ Through proportion and craft, we created the quintessential BassamFellows version as an expression of practical luxury.‎ The solid wood structure has a slim silhouette, with each leg and corner joint engineered to provide a strength and stability that belies its fine proportions.‎ Legs, side members, and structural spans are reduced to their essence and carefully considered in relationship to each other.‎ Three slim drawers, nearly imperceptible to the eye, are cut away from the structure, allowing the user to keep the desktop clear when not in use.‎
