Argenta Expert wood

This Argenta sliding door hardware enables silent and smooth movement of wooden doors up to 40 kg, 80kg, 120 kg or 200 kg. Both thin and thick panels can be equipped with this system, with one or two softcloses as required. The door can be affixed to the rollers using support plates. A cover profile and end caps provide the perfect finish. For a more discreet finish, a compact version is available that facilitates a clearance of just 3 mm between the door and the profile.

What are the benefits?

• RUNNING PROFILE

The expert running profile ensures smooth operation of the rollers through its special shape with slanted sides, among other things. In addition, the anodised aluminium finish guarantees silent operation of the system. All profiles come with the necessary drill holes for ceiling mounting. The system can also be wall-mounted using multiple wall brackets, depending on the profile length.

• BALL BEARING ROLLERS

Ball-bearing rollers guarantee light and silent operation of the sliding door. A superior UPVC roller with extra ball bearings has also been created for the 80, 120 and 200 kg range.

• SOFTCLOSE/SOFTOPEN SYSTEM

Expert offers the possibility of a softclose/softopen system for smooth and secure door closing or opening for doors up to 120 kg. This option is also recommended as finger protection for children.

• BOTTOM GUIDING CHANNEL

A suitable bottom guiding system is required for smooth and perfectly linear operation of the door panel. To ensure this is the case, Expert provides a guiding profile to be milled into the bottom of the door panel, combined with a UPVC floor guiding channel. This bottom guiding channel also prevents any deformation of the door panel.

• STOPPER

When the door reaches its end position, the roller is caught by the stopper, which keeps the door in its open or closed position. The stopper is easy to move and its clamping strength can be set.
