Inspiration for the “fragmented” design of this range were the irregular walls of limestone often used in the “Case Study Houses”, an architectural experiment in US, sponsored by the magazine Arts&Architecture, which commissioned the best architects of the day (a.o. Richard Neutra, Ray and Charles Eames...) to design and build affordable modern houses during the residential housing boom after the second world war.
Strong flashes of grass green, tangerine, rust... alternate with softer shades as misty frost, jade, pearl grey, taupe, snow white, limestone grey, ivory. Some items are enhanced with metallic sparkles in yellow or white gold, copper, silver, platinum, bronze...
Thanks to the sober and timeless elegance of the design, the rich colouring, as well as the technical qualities of the wallcoverings, this collection can be used in different settings (residential but also hotels/offices – in contemporary or classic room settings).
