Think New Work: The office environment has already been under strong pressure to change for quite some time. Companies are responding to the expectations of new generations of workers with flexible work models, flat organisational structures. New working environ¬ments have little in common with the traditional office. A rethink is in order: Forget the single desk – it’s time for the holistically conceived office.
By coming up with our ideas for this New Work approach, we are creating an innovative framework for different tasks in the working and living environment of the office. Given the right office architecture, our experience shows that staff motivation and commitment increases over the long term – and that as a rule, motivation also boosts productivity. For us, the right office concept means that we create a suitable, creative solution for each organisation. In the process, we only integrate concepts that are truly relevant for individual client customers.
