Mads Eg Damgaard was a man of great vision, which was reflected in his uncompromising philosophy of applying the latest and most advanced techniques available within carpet production. In his constant efforts to meet the changing demands of the market, he never refused to challenge conventions and he constantly searched for ways to break new ground. This philosophy is still one of the pillars at egetæpper. Today, ege has succeeded in establishing a strong market position as one of the leading European carpet manufacturers.

The labelling serves as a guarantee that every carpet meets the standards developed by the Danish Technological Institute to ensure a healthy indoor climate.
