The coaching mantra that tells us to think of every crisis as an opportunity is not so easy to implement these days. New digitalisation solutions, however, are seen as particularly promising in this regard, and, according to a Bitkom survey, during the pandemic, half of all companies are pushing ahead with developments in this area. And, with its digital experience hub GROHE X, Grohe is showing how forward-looking approaches can create just such an opportunity.
For the premium manufacturer of fittings and sanitary products, it was already clear when the first wave of the coronavirus hit Europe that major trade fairs such as ISH, the world's leading trade fair for water, heat and air conditioning, would not be taking place as usual. So Grohe began to think about new ways of presenting brand insights and introducing new products to a discerning trade audience.


What they have developed is much more than just a temporary replacement. It represents a completely new approach with a broad perspective. From mid-March, users of the platform will be able to find a wide range of practical installation videos, useful trend-scouting, forward-looking expert interviews and modern content that sets new standards in innovation. In short, with GROHE X, Grohe is helping to shape the future of the industry.
