In spring 2009 the bank’s management started to look for new premises for Swedbank’s headoffice. The choice fell on Sundbyberg, outside Stockholm in Sweden. The office has a modern, open and simple feeling with a goal of creating one of Sweden’s best workplaces. The building is built with the latest technology in terms of directly impact, and is fully adapted to the bank’s needs.

Offecct has delivered furniture to the library as well as the office area. Focus Divider, a room divider with a writing desk is a perfect solution for private working spaces in a large area. The room divider gives the employees an opportunity to focus on their work while being a part of the big office. Another part of the new office is a large meeting area furnished with Smallroom Plus. Smallroom Plus is perfect for individual phone calls but also for group meetings. With different back and side heights, Smallroom provide the architect with a possibility to create environments that evoke interest, through the help of different dimensions. Besides Smallroom Plus and Focus Divider, Swedbank has chosen to use Palma Meeting Wood in the library and Carry On. A customer unique sofa, a part of OFFECCT LifeCircle and Individual Solutions, has been developed together with the architect for the project.
