Caractéristiques

Axel is an armchair designed by Franzolini in 2004 that features an upholstered seat and back and satin-finish steel legs. Today, the design has been reinterpreted in different shapes and proportions, lending it a style that is both vintage and modern.

The legs, made of solid wood, have been lengthened and tapered while the arms have been shortened. The chair is now also available with a wood back, in two different heights, that follows and supports the curvature of the body and a seat that can be upholstered in an infinite variety of fabrics. Axel is ideal for use in the home, in living areas and studies, as well as in contract environments.
