Chain lights

Samsung, LG and Epistar chips are used primarily for the high-quality unexLED bands. For quality assurance every light band has been fitted with a bin code which is deposited with the customer base upon delivery.

The minimum standard for sealed bands is IP 65. The sealing compound used is based on a system similar to Geox / Gore-Tex. A certain build-up of heat passes to the outside – but, no moisture and water can penetrate from the outside.

Apart from the 3M adhesive tape technology, thermally conductive adhesives are used depending on the quality for the attachment of the LED bands.

Depending on the illuminant chromaticity, the latest unexLED band produces 2,000 lumen at 24 Watt per running metre. The very nice and warm illuminant colour of relax white (2,850 Kelvin) is used in architecture and in the catering industry.
