A specific accessory is provided for each type of cooking: ridged cooking trays with drip catcher, high, medium and low pans, pan for steam cooking. The steam cooker is a marvelous and healthy cooking machine, which can be used on electric grills, barbecues, on the pair of symmetrical burners and on the large triple-crown fire of various gas hobs. It comprises a bottom tray that allows the passage of steam and at the same time catches drips avoiding the contact with the boiling water, two perforated cooking trays of different measures and the lid with odor absorbing filter.
