Concept
Sedus meet chair is available as a 4-leg model or as a sled leg frame model with filigree, stackable frames for use in bistros and canteens. The "meet swivel chair" on a five-star base was developed for meetings, conferences and temporary individual work. All three models are optionally available with a flexible plastic shell or a high-quality moulded wooden shell.
A bar stool with three frame versions and a sophisticated seat made of moulded wood round off the meet chair range. "meet table" also boasts a large number of matching bistro and standing tables.

Markus Dörner’s career as a designer started off with an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker, and several years of experience in furniture making and exhibition stand construction were followed by a degree in product design. Markus then continued to specialise in furniture design – from 2004 to 2010 as a designer at the Vogtherr design studio in Mulhouse, France and at Sedus in Waldshut, Germany. He has been working freelance in his own studio in Kassel since 2011.
