Two injected polycarbonate shells are joined to create L002T floor lamp with arch shape. The inner shell is in opal material, diffuses the light and hides the bulb at the same time, the external shell allows the use of different shades of colours. Powder coated steel base and stem.
Concept
The family of L002 lamps expands; the hanging version is joined by the floor lamp and by the arch shape one.
The L002 floor lamp has a personality, that differs from the rest of the family; a thin column that holds an important goblet that diffuses light upwards.
It’s extremely elegant with the white or black version.
L002 arch shape model has all colours options available and with its soft lines it always looks a different lamp”.

Alberto Basaglia and Natalia Rota Nodari. He was born in Varese in 1969, she was born in Bergamo in 1970. They meet when they are still students at the University of Architecture Politecnico in Milan, where they get their degrees with praise in 1995. In 1997, when they are 27, they set up their associated study of architects. Their professional activity widens to all fields of planning, from the object to the town: residential and industrial architecture, restoring, environmental planning, interior design, design and graphic design. The working method studies all aspects in depth: from the conception, to the production, to the communication. No detail is at random. For YDF they have built up the brand, designed the products, run and coordinated the image. And for it they won the first prize of the contest Young & Design.
