Nirvana

The Nirvana model expresses Massimo Iosa Ghini’s attraction for the aerodynamic component of signs. The solution he chose for the joint between the shaft and the lever contains torsion and movement. The lift of the lever, the flow of the line where they meet, and the small section of the shaft converge to give a dynamic character to the handle, a design that communicates Iosa Ghini’s love of speed and his early roots in the Italian design trend called bolidismo.
