Stand By Sofa est un canapé qui se distingue par son esthétique, il convient aux espaces «open space» offrant un espace où vous pouvez échanger des informations, téléphoner, préparer des documents en toute tranquillité et confidentialité. L’esthétique et la fonction, avec l’ajout des panneaux latéraux et arrière, changent complètement: d’un canapé traditionnel pour attendre et se contracter, il devient un lieu protégé par des panneaux insonorisés et recouvert de tissu coordonné, pour un travail plus isolé et une plus grande intimité.
Le canapé est disponible avec une ou deux places avec une structure en tube d’acier à 4 pieds, avec une finition chromée ou peinte en noir ou blanc. La structure interne de l’assise, du dossier et des accoudoirs est constituée de panneaux en multicouche. Le rembourrage est en polyuréthane flexible et le revêtement en tissu peut être uni ou avec une combinaison de deux couleurs. Un coussin de memory foam est ajouté au rembourrage du siège pour augmenter le confort.
Les panneaux latéraux et arrière peuvent être fixés au canapé 2 places pour créer des espaces isolés avec une excellente protection acoustique et visuelle. Les panneaux en résine polyuréthane expansée à froid ont une structure interne en acier autoportant, recouverte d’un rembourrage fin, recouvert de tissu. L’accessoire porte-documents en tôle pliée, peinte en blanc ou en noir est disponible.

La collection STAND BY est née de la nécessité de répondre au changement d’approche du travail et aux changements des relations humaines.
STAND BY est une collection “social”, conçue par le studio de design Favaretto & Partners dans laquelle la combinaison de styles, de fraîcheur et de design rigoureux a conduit à une série complète de tables, étagères, canapés, “pod” et accessoires pour le bureau du futur.

Curiosity, rigor and passion for research characterize the work of ‘Favaretto & Partners’ during 40 years, specialized in industrial and architectural design. Founded in 1973 as ‘Studio Favaretto’, it has developed, starting from the 80s , a long experience in Italy and abroad, cementing long-term relationships with leading production companies, and together with them it led the whole process of industrialization for most of the projects receiving several awards for the same. Ability in the application of materials, precision design and research for innovation, form and function , always characterized the approach of ‘Favaretto & Partners’. The technical competencies gleaned over decades and the ever-present passion for experimentation have enabled the practice to work successfully and with versatility in different manufacturing sectors, from telephones to furnishings (seating, lighting, upholstered ) to medical and household objects. In particular ‘Favaretto & Partners’ has specialized in the planning, prototyping and production of office furniture, technical seating (task and executive) and collective systems, introducing, in certain cases, design languages embraced by other designers and manufacturers. ‘Favaretto & Partners’ actively supports and adheres to the principles of “Design for All”, a declaration accepted by the European Commission and promoted by the I.I.D.D. (Italian Institute Design Disability today DFA Italia). The declaration encourages disability-proof design practices which aim to make objects and environments accessible and functional to the widest possible range of users. Some of the most important awards received: Recommendation for the Compasso D'oro, Design Index ADI, Good Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, German Design Award, Iconic Awards, Interior Innovation Award, Young Design Award, Grandesign Etico, Biennial of Industrial Design-Ljubljana, Office Design, Institute of Business Designers Award.
