The Eos Sun Lounger is designed by Matthew Hilton and provides somewhere to recline outdoors that’s as comfortable as it is elegant.
The lounger complements the rest of the Eos collection, featuring a lightweight design with clean lines and smart proportions.
Its frame is made from powder-coated aluminium – a premium material that resists weathering and rusting over time – while the seat comprises UV-resistant Textilene® fabric that’s finished with discreet wheels and floor glides.
Convenient to move, the Eos Sun Lounger is an elegant piece that fits seamlessly in even the most compact of schemes, whether contemporary or classic. Choose from a smart finish in black, white or rust to suit your taste and space.

Concept
Eos is a contemporary collection, lightweight – literally and visually – smartly proportioned and very comfortable. Its slim, clean lines make it a versatile choice for your garden, patio or outdoor space. Certain to inspire leisurely outdoor dining during the long days of summer, this collection, designed by Matthew Hilton, was named for Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn and bringer of light.
The Eos Outdoor Range was awarded the Design Guild Mark Award in 2016.

I started this business in 2007 to gain control of the design, manufacturing and marketing of furniture under my own name. I felt that the conventional relationship between designer, manufacturer and retailer was undergoing significant changes, partly brought on by the shifts caused by the internet and developments in fast global communication and trade. The time was right for me to step up and take hold of a more significant part of the process of putting furniture out into the world. Matthew Hilton Limited was formed with a new kind of licensing deal with the Portuguese company De La Espada. De La Espada bring craftsmanship and experience of using premium materials combined with advanced manufacturing technology and innovative marketing methods. Since the launch in 2007 my collection has grown and we now have a small, focused design studio. Our product development thrives on modern manufacturing combined with knowledge and hand skills; exploiting this is our challenge. I now have a place to fulfil my passion to create exquisitely made desirable, rigorous and beautiful products that I hope will stick around because they work and people love them.
