7 Via della Spiga (7VDS) is the brand’s first interior design project where the Henge approach was applied without any stylistic limits or constraints. 7VDS’s mission is to express our concept of the contemporary home, untouched by fads and intimately tied to our love of materials: a home where furniture, lighting, custom solutions and art decorate the space with different and unexpected styles.

The journey to Milan began in January 2014: in 90 days, along with our best workers and artisans, we created and developed the original all-Italian Henge interior. We chose a location that could accommodate our guests by transmitting the city’s magic and Henge’s journey: we immediately fell in love with Via della Spiga and the space at number 7. From the first presentation given at Salone del Mobile 2015, we decided that every year the space would have a total makeover inspired by our mood, renewing the interior design project to show the new Henge’s home.

The Atelier is conceived from the world of interior design in order to display the brand’s most significant selection of furniture characterized by top quality value, and give architects and interior designers the tools to create a design system in which customization is the protagonist. The Henge philosophy, in fact, does not entail a limited catalogue of objects, but rather involves tools that are employed to develop a complete customization of the domestic environment together with the designers. This ‘recipe’ is simple: there are no recipes.

Thanks to numerous customizable features provided to the interior designers - such as materials, finishing, processes and the possibility of defining atypical sizes - the Henge customer has more than enough room to research and shape the brand’s atmosphere according to his or her project. 7VDS is the place that represents us; it reveals and bears witness to our approach and our way of being and thinking. A home where one can feel unique.
