Selection Reverse Fly

The large roller pads accomodate users of every height without the need for adjustments. The ergonomic design of the roller pads prevents stress on the elbow joints and allows to perform exercises involving the external rotation of the arm. The arm trajectory isolates scapular adductor muscles and posterior delts.
