RDM Innovation Dock

To fully exploit the huge space in the old industrial RDM halls, we have introduced a second useable level, at a height of 8 meters. Between the disused crane tracks we hung a floating Innovation Floor, forming an urban shelving unit. The office floor area can be increased or decreased as required in order to respond to future needs. The transformation has led to an extraordinary contrast of old and new, and resulted in a huge increase in value for the companies in the Innovation Dock.
