Blanket

Wehlers Blankets are from natural wool. To create the pattern the design duo has been studying the moiré interference effect, which appears when a person is looking at two almost identical patterns placed on top of each other. Also, the artist Viktor Vasarely has greatly inspired us.

We use the moiré effect to create a pattern that is interesting in depth and detail.

The pattern consists of thousands of squares that are moved in a system to create the unique moving effect.
