RING bar stool

VANK_RING is a universal and wide collection of furniture designed to arrange meeting places in offices, hotels, coworking facilities, retail spaces, and other public areas. It includes comfortable bucket-type armchairs, lounge armchairs, sofas, poufs, and tables, which will make a great addition to minimalist, boho, vintage, wabi-sabi, and art deco settings alike.

The trademark of the series is its bold, theatrical lines, a modernist base resting on a circular form, and a selection of two heights of seat backrests with a distinct creasing of the fabric. Bucket-type armchairs can be used as visitor or conference chairs. The lounge armchair option- offering a deeper seat- will be a perfect choice for shared spaces in offices, reception areas, foyers, and cafés. It comes with a low, traditional or a high, loft-like backrest, which offers privacy and acoustic protection to the user. The tall, oval sofas, resembling bar furniture, encourage meetings in a less formal atmosphere- so much in demand in the offices and public areas of today.

All models from the RING collection feature a unique spring-based seating system. The ‘boutique’ nature of the furniture can be additionally highlighted by the use of velour or bouclé- a thick weave, looped fleece fabric, soft and pleasant to the touch.

The VANK_RING bucket-type armchairs based on a tall 4-leg cross base featuring a self-turn mechanism or on a 5-pointed cross-base with castors and a height adjustment feature will make any study turned into a home office more cosy and inviting. They are accompanied by the VANK_RING table, which acts as a light, casual desk.

The VANK_RING series offers also four types of tables: a round table in two sizes, an oval table in the form of a desk, and a tall-legged oval table for sofas with a tall frame. The table tops are made of highly-durable, eco-friendly SwissCDF board available in white, graphite, or Venetian walnut, and of plywood with a natural veneer in oak or walnut. Both the seating furniture and the tables rest on powder coated steel frames. Apart from the standard office colours, the range of VANK finishing solutions includes also more elegant hues to warm up the interiors: gold-beige and brown.

VANK_RING is a product of the sustainable design approach.It is one of few soft seating collections suitable for recycling. At the end of a product’s lifecycle, it’s easy to separate the particular elements of a set: the fabric, the filling, and the frame, to segregate and process them accordingly. In addition, the seats are filled with post-production industrial waste- shredded polyurethane foam. It is a way to reduce the amount of new foam purchased and used in the furniture industry. The soft, creased, upholstered surfaces of the seats and backrests improve the acoustic performance of contemporary office, home, and public interiors, which has a great benefit on the health and well-being of those present inside.
