Concepto
Like architecture, design means outline, not form. What must be designed is not primarily the shape of the product, but its utility, its usability, its feel for developments yet to come, its invisibly taking into account implications of a higher order. To a large extent, design has a social dimension. The draft “bend” combines the clarity of function with the dynamic of the movement of door-handel and door, with the tradition of long hinges, today hidden in the rebate, with the ergonomics of gripping, pushingdown and pulling, with the targeted plasticity of modern, all-embracing, ecological architecture. In context, to design means to pick up and execute the complexity of simultaneous developments.
