We work in close cooperation with the client and can also integrate seamlessly with the client’s own organisation.  Biography of the company’s founder - Ivar Tengbom, Architect, 1912 - 1963 By the time he took on the Enskilda Bank headquarters on Kungsträdgården in Stockholm, Ivar’s business was expanding. Buildings such as the Stockholm Concert Hall, the Stockholm School of Economics, Matchstick Palace (Tändstickspalatset), and Citypalatset laid the foundation of his future success. Ivar Tengbom’s practice grew rapidly, and by the 1920s, it was one of the country’s largest architectural firms. Ivar gained prominence initially in the national romantic style and later as a 1920s classicist and functionalist. He also made his name as a restoration architect and PalaceAarchitect for the Swedish Royal Palace in Stockholm and Drottningholm Palace. Ivar Tengbom died in 1963.
