Frank es una mesa inspirada en las formas arquitectónicas y los materiales industriales. Las líneas racionales y las curvas contribuyen a transmitir una imagen de ligereza y contemporaneidad al mismo tiempo.
La estructura sobre la que descansa el sobre de mesa se compone de dos bases de aluminio fundido a presión de grosor variable y ligeramente curvadas. Las bases, que se estrechan hacia la parte inferior, convergen en el suelo en una curva menos pronunciada y están unidas por una robusta viga de acero colocada bajo el sobre.
El sobre rectangular, con esquinas redondeadas, está disponible en distintos materiales y acabados.
Concepto
Frank is a table inspired by architectural shapes and industrial materials. The structure on which the top rests is made up of two slightly curved die-cast aluminium bases with variable thickness. Seen from the front they are slightly arched and resemble the shape of a sail, creating a light and ethereal optical effect. Seen from the side, the volume appears full. Together, rational lines and curves contribute to conveying an image of lightness and contemporaneity

Following a consistent experience in Antonio Citterio’s office in Milan, he opens his first studio in 2006. After a few years he’s co-founder and design partner of Metrica in Milan. In 2019, he’s back as an independent industrial designer. He worked and collaborated with many companies in Italy and abroad, designing furniture for the residential, contract and office market.
